How Skizzenheft Pfister handles personal data on skizzenheft.ch.
Who is responsible
The controller for the processing described here is Skizzenheft Pfister, TODO_STREET_AND_NUMBER, TODO_ZIP Zürich, Switzerland, CHE-387.917.801. For any question about this policy or about your data, use our contact form.
What this website collects
This website is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no comment function, no contact form, no advertising and no analytics or tracking services, and it sets no cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or share visitor data.
Server log files
Our hosting provider records the technical information that every web request carries: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and the browser and operating system reported by your device. These logs exist to keep the site available and secure, are kept for a short period and are then deleted. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
Local storage
If you switch this site between light and dark mode, your choice is stored in your
own browser under the key eq2-theme. It never leaves your device and is
not readable by us. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
Fonts and external content
All fonts and styles are served from this domain. The site embeds no external scripts, fonts, maps, videos or social media components, so loading a page here sends no request to a third party.
If you write to us
When you write to us, through the contact form or by email, we process your email address, your name if you give it and the content of your message. Messages sent through the form are stored on our own web server and forwarded to our mailbox; no third-party form service is involved. We use this data for the sole purpose of answering you and, where a contract follows, of carrying it out. We keep business correspondence for as long as Swiss bookkeeping and retention rules require, and delete it afterwards.
Our applications
The applications we publish are covered by their own privacy policies, which are linked from the app and from its support site; this policy covers skizzenheft.ch only. Where an application processes data entirely on the device, as MigraNo! does with the diary, that is stated in the application's own policy.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, and under the GDPR where it applies to you, you may ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive your data in a portable form. Use our contact form and we will answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority; in Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern.
Changes
We update this policy when the site changes. The date at the top of the page always shows the version in force.
