The company
Skizzenheft Pfister is a technology company registered in Switzerland. We work in three connected areas: consulting for organisations that need an outside view on a technical or educational problem, research and concept work on questions that do not yet have a product attached to them, and the design and development of the software that comes out of both.
The work is deliberately small scale and long term. We prefer a handful of projects carried from the first sketch to a released product over a large portfolio of short engagements, and we build the things we recommend rather than handing over a report.

How we work
Consulting
Product strategy, technology choices and education. We come in when a decision has to be made and the trade offs are not yet visible, and we stay long enough to see whether the decision held.
Think tank
Research, concept work and feasibility studies. Before anything is built we want to know what is already known, what the evidence actually supports and what is still an open question. That research is documented and handed over with the work.
Development
Design and implementation of digital products, mainly mobile and web applications, including release, store submission and ongoing maintenance.
